Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Consent to Service: I voluntarily consent to receive eyelash extension services. I understand extensions are applied to natural lashes using professional adhesive and that results vary and are not guaranteed. 2. Allergy & Medical Disclosure: I understand adhesives and products used may cause irritation, redness, swelling, or allergic reaction. I confirm I have disclosed all allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, eye conditions, or recent procedures that could affect service. Patch tests are available upon request but do not guarantee no reaction. 3. Risk Acknowledgment: I understand risks include but are not limited to eye irritation, allergic reaction, itching, watering, lash breakage, natural lash shedding, or temporary blurred vision if fumes enter eyes. I accept full responsibility for any reactions or complications occurring during or after service. 4. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Beezy Beauty, its owner, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries arising from this service, including reactions or sensitivities. 5. Aftercare Responsibility: I understand proper aftercare is required for retention and lash health. Beezy Beauty is not responsible for premature shedding, damage, or loss resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions. 6. Accuracy of Information: I certify all information provided is truthful and complete. Withholding relevant health or allergy information releases Beezy Beauty from liability. 7. Late & Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, late fees, or cancellation. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit deposit and may require full payment to rebook. 8. Photography Consent: I grant permission for photos or videos of my lashes to be used for marketing and portfolio purposes unless I decline in writing prior to service. 9. No Refund Policy: All services are final and non-refundable due to time, product, and professional skill involved. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, allergic reaction, sensitivity, or personal preference. At Beezy Beauty’s sole discretion, an adjustment appointment may be offered within 48 hours if more than 50% of extensions have fallen out and aftercare was followed. After 48 hours, services are considered accepted and final. 10. I confirm I am at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent)
